MyMarchant does not charge any fee on trades and it will always be free, however the vendors pay a monthly fee to be able to advertise their services to the traders.

WHO IS A VENDOR ON MYMARCHANT.

On MyMarchant, a vendor is a user who has successfully passed our screening process and has been verified to be trustworthy. These vendors are authorized to place ads and assist other traders with their needs.

WHO IS A TRADER ON MYMARCHANT.

On MyMarchant, a trader is a user who has not verified their profile to become a vendor and probably not interested in becoming a vendor, traders are the everyday users who reach out to the vendors to trader their assets.

To report a trade issue with a vendor, navigate to your chat with the vendor. And click on "Report a Dispute" button and provide a detailed explanation of the problems you are encountering with the vendor.
